To help clients achieve their goals, they apply market-relevant skills in areas such as e-commerce, customer relationship management, and organizational development. In this ever changing business context, change management roles are becoming more prevalent.

Role
As a Change Management consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will also focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Concretely, your responsibilities may include:

     Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance (by preparing risk mitigation tactis)
     Develop tactics to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes
     Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities (as change management assessments)
     Support communication and training efforts
     Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
     Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Profile & skills

  • Master degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology, Business, Commercial Engineering…

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Organization development / HR Transformation / Change Management related projects

  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

  • Structural thinking

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in French or Dutch

  • Good working knowledge of English

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
