To sustain our growth we are looking for a TALENT ACQUISITION & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST who would be in charge of recruitment and talent development topics for ngage but also for others companies linked to ngage.
o Proactively sourcing of potential candidates using various methods and channels (internal referrals, job postings, social media, direct approach, campus recruitment, …)
o Screening, interview and assessment of candidates (phone, face-to-face, business case)
o Management of candidates’ pipeline through the ATS tool
o Organize, schedule and follow up of interviews with business
o Salary negotiation, employment offer and contracts preparation
o Coordination with the Admin & Operations team for practical aspects
o Management of employer branding initiatives (internally and externally)
o Development of relationships with schools and external partners
o Organization and attendance to job fairs and various recruitment events
o Continuous improvement of the recruitment process (candidates’ experience, ATS optimization, templates, business cases updates, database management, interview techniques…)
o Support the design, development and deployment of soft HR processes and projects (onboarding, performance management, learning & development, talent & competency management, well-being…)
o Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of programs and initiative (KPIs, consultations with stakeholders…)
o Participate in implementing training and development programs
o Act as sparring partner on people related topics to support business objectives
Profile & skills
Master degree (Commercial Sciences, Business, Psychology, Human Resources…)
At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using standardized interview techniques
You are familiar with social media and professional networks
High level of ownership, initiative, drive, creativity
Fluent in French, Dutch and good command in English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to build and nurture trusting relationships
Well-organized and always professional
Real ‘can do’ attitude
